| 1. Are properties clean? |
By and large, properties are fairly clean places. With the numbers of people coming through them they pretty much have to be. Now this doesn't mean the floors are waxed and the silverware is polished, but the basics have been done. Cleaning is a constant process at most property (some property charge extra for this services) but every once in a while you may find a property that has mildly or severely failed in the cleaning department.

| 2. What is the total cost of a property? |
| The prices of the properties depend on the property, we have shown in the web site the prices "we do not hide any price " you will pay a total that you have seen in our system. If you want to know the price in particular about some, please send us an e-mail or you call us, we will be happy of being able to help you. |
| 3. What are MyMiamiRentaks.com's payment terms? |
For reservations made 70 days or more prior to arrival, 25% of the entire stay is required upon signature of the Reservation Form before a confirmation can be issued. The remaining balance of 75% must be made at least 70 days prior to arrival. For reservations made within 70 days of arrival, full payment is required upon signing the Reservation Form.

| 4. Can you organize the transfer from the airport to the property? |
| A member of our group will go to the airport to pick you up and it will take you to the property. If you would like us to arrange transport from the airport for your entire party, at cost, we will be happy to do so, provided you give us advance warning. |
| 5. How much does the concierge service cost? |
| Absolutely nothing. MyMiamiRentals.com concierge service is included in the cost of the property. Please see the concierge section of the site for some innovative ideas on what you could be doing on your next holiday with Us. |
| 6. Is property rentals child friendly? |
Children and babies are welcome in almost all properties, and cots can be arranged if required. Babysitters and nannies can also be organised in advance.

| 7. What is the cancellation policy on the properties? |
A Customer may cancel a property rental contract at any time providing the first named person on the booking notifies in writing. MyMiamiRentals.com will make every effort to rent the property to a different customer. Any money or deposit paid will be returned in full to the customer if the company is able to make the same booking with a different customer as the one cancelled by the first person.

| 8. Can you check availability for me? |
| We do not check availability for you. The property uploads its own availability and rates. Please enter the dates, number of nights, people and area in Miami Dade that you are looking for. Some time owner/Manager do not update on time the availability. |
| 9. Do I need to reconfirm my booking before arrival? |
| Unless specified by the property directly on the proerty's page or on the conditions you have recieved you do not need to reconfirm. Please print out your booking confirmation and have ready for check in at the property booked. |
| 10. I need to contact the property before I book online |
| Unfortunately we do not provide contact details before you book. Once you book we provide you with telephone, email and web address of your chosen property. All the information you need should be provided by the property on their page online. These pages are updated by the property. |

| 18. I received a suspicious email, what do I do? |
| Usually emails with poor grammar, spelling, odd use of capital letters and/or asking you to wire money or participate in an unusual bank transaction is a scam. The sender is usually attempting to obtain money, personal information or your email address. We recommend that you let us know you received this through our service and delete the message without responding. |

| 22. How do I book my tour? |
| You can make a confirmed reservation by choosing the month you wish to take the tour and clicking on BOOK NOW. You will then be shown the exact dates that the tour departs on. By choosing the number of people you wish to book for, and the date of your tour, you can proceed to book your place(s) by paying a deposit online. *Note: some tours require payment of the full tour price on booking. This will be outlined in the details before you book. |

| 25. What happens if I need to cancel my tour? |
Cancellation conditions differ from tour to tour. Generally, cancellation within 24 hours of arrival incurs a penalty of the full price of the tour. Some companies, however, require cancellation much earlier than this. These details will be given on your confirmation email after booking. You can use the ‘Ask Us A Question!’ option in the ‘ADDITIONAL INFO’ section to check this out before booking if necessary.

| The level of fitness required for each tour is outlined in the TOUR DETAILS section. This rates each tour from ‘low physical fitness’ to ‘extreme physical fitness’. This will give an indication of the difficulty of the tour. You can contact the tour company directly if you have any concerns. If you suffer from heart conditions, nervous disorders or may be pregnant, it is recommended that you contact the tour company before booking to check that it is ok to take the tour. |

Please cancel reservation 72 hours prior to anticipated arrival. Reservations that are not cancelled by the customer are automatically cancelled 2 hours after the expected arrival time and cancelled 1 hour after the expected arrival time during peak seasons.There will be no charges or penalties to cancel a reservation up to 72 hours prior to the reserved pick-up date and time. For reservations not cancelled prior to the 72 hour period, a one day charge based upon the reserved rate and a fee of $35 %will be applicable. For Exotic and Specialty vehicles, there is no grace period for cancellations as we hold/guarantee the vehicles once a deposit is paid. A minimum of 35 % of the total cost of the rental charge will be applied as a cancellation fee. Examples of Exotic and Specialty vehicles are but not limited to the following. | 34. What is the Driving Area? |
The rental vehicle cannot be driven out of the state in which it was rented unless it is specificlly allowed by the rental location.Extra Charges will apply.

| 35. Gas |
You may return the vehicle with the same amount of gas as was in the tank when you received it, (this is usually a half tank of gas for any orlicar locations), and there will be no additional charges. However, if the vehicle is returned with a lower level of fuel, a surcharge of $6.99 per gallon will apply.

| 36. Insurance |
CDW (collision damage waiver). Collision damage waiver is not insurance. Renters that opt for this coverage eliminate their financial responsibility for damages incurred while renting a vehicle as long as the terms and conditions of the rental agreement have not been violated. Theft, glass, tires, and loss of use are not covered. Prices vary by car class. Please refer to the rental agreement, rental jacket, and any other underlying policies for complete details on the terms and conditions. Collision damage waivers available per $19.99 per day and up. SLI (suplemental Liability Coverage) . Suplemental Liability Coverage provides proteccion for claims against the renter or any authorized driver for injury/death or property damage up to 1,000,000. This is proteccion for third party claims. . The cost of this coverage can vary depending on cars class. Suplemental liability coverage is available for $12.99 per day and up. .
