1. We facilitate confirmed bookings for certain travel services including accommodation. We do not provide, own or run any travel services ourselves and in particular we do not provide, own or run any accommodation.
2. You may cancel your booking before arrival. Please do so directly with the relevant travel services provider (see policies of the service).
3. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
4.In the event of a no-show without cancellation, the travel services provider has the right to charge you according with its policy the night's stay where you have booked accommodation with such service provider, or for the full price (if apply) of the tour or other non-accommodation travel service in accordance with the travel service provider's terms and conditions.
5. Every effort is made to ensure the travel services provider processes your bookings correctly.
6. Your contract is with the travel services provider, not MyMiamiRentals.com. It is the travel services provider's responsibility to provide you with the travel services.
7. In the highly unlikely event of a problem arising, our liability to you, if any, is limited to the deposit and that you paid us.
8. Ratings shown on some website are the opinion of people who have booked and availed of the relevant travel services or have stayed in the relevant accommodation. We take no responsibility for the opinions.

You should note that MyMiamiRentals.com does not warrant that the information published on this website will be error free and in using this website you acknowledge that the accommodation details and all other information including information relating to travel services published on this website may include inaccuracies or typographical errors.

All bookings for travel services on this website are made with the travel services provider concerned and not with MyMiamiRentals.com. MyMiamiRentals.com only facilitates the making of reservations with the travel services provider. MyMiamiRentals.com is not a party to the contract between you and the travel services provider and has no responsibility or liability to you in respect of the terms of that contract whether directly or indirectly.

Prior to making a booking, you should ensure that you have reviewed the travel services provider's terms and conditions and that they are acceptable to you.

NEITHER MYMIAMIRENTALS.COM NOR ANY OF ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES WILL BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF ANY INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND/OR THE MATERIALS OFFERED THROUGH THIS WEBSITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, INCOME, PROFIT OR OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AND CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES, OR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGES, EVEN IF MYMIAMIRENTALS.COM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE, OR SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGES WERE REASONABLY FORESEEABLE.

While MyMiamiRentals.com makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that the travel services listed are of reasonable standard the listing of any travel services in the website is not and should not be taken as a recommendation from MyMiamiRentals.com or a representation that the travel services will be suitable for the user's purpose.

The City of Miami Beach currently considers short term rentals of residential properties on Miami Beach as commercial use of the property, which is not allowed in areas zoned RS-1, RS-2, RS-3 or RS-4. A short term rental is defined as a rental for a period of less than six months and one day. All rentals of such properties must conform to the Zoning Requirements of the City of Miami Beach as currently interpreted by the appropriate regulatory authorities.

MyMiamiRentals.com is a hospitality service provider, and is not the owner or lessor of any property. Each property is independently owned. All property lease requests are submitted to the respective property owners for their determination as to acceptance or rejection of the request. MyMiamiRentals.com acts solely in an agency capacity.
We do not store any personal information about the payment in our web site, we use PayPal: This User Agreement ("PayPal Agreement") is a contract between you and PayPal and applies to your use of PayPal's Services. You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. In addition, you must read, agree with and accept any applicable agreements on the Legal Agreements page.
We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version on our website. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it. In addition, if the revised version includes a Substantial Change, we will provide you with 30 Days' prior notice of Substantial Change by posting notice on the "Policy Updates" page of our website.
This is an important document which you must consider carefully when choosing whether to use the Services at any time. This Agreement also highlights certain risks on using the Services.

Please note the following risks of using the PayPal service:

• Payments received in your PayPal account may be reversed at a later time for example, if such a payment is subject to a Chargeback, Reversal, Claim or otherwise invalidated. You can help protect yourself from the risk of a payment being reversed from your Account by following the criteria set out in the Protection for Sellers section and by following the other guidance provided in the "Security Center" accessible via every page of the PayPal website.
• We may close, suspend, or limit your access to your Account or our Services, and/or limit access to your funds for up to 180 Days if you violate this Agreement, the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy, or any other agreement you enter into with PayPal.
• If you wish to open a Dispute through PayPal's Online Resolution Center you must do so within 45 days of making your payment.
